The starting point for the project is analyzing the sites to select the most appropriate one, based on the program, orientation, topography and the basic conceptual idea.
Design Development - from analysing the site and exploring the question of what is theatre and what would be an appropriate architecture to express the nature of the thing...Site A was chosen for the potential to create an 'entrance plaza' on the street and the sloped site allows for deep volumes of space.
